JOHNSONS Chartered Accountants was founded in 1981 by the Johnson family consisting of father and two sons, all of whom were accountants. The Firm has evolved since its early days and has developed into a progressive and dynamic professional practice with a comprehensive understanding of today's business needs.

The Partners are David Turner FCA and Shaukat Murad FCA and they are supported by a dedicated team of accountants, company secretaries, tax specialists, lawyers and support staff based in the Firm's offices in West London and affiliated offices in the Isle of Man and Dubai.

The Firm can assist its clients in completing their accounting records, preparing monthly or quarterly financial management information, completing VAT returns, maintaining PAYE/NIC records and meeting the many regulatory requirements imposed on businesses. Our Tax Department is headed up by a senior tax practitioner who can assist in planning company and personal tax affairs so as to achieve maximum advantage and it specialises in Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax. The approach taken when dealing with clients' tax affairs adopts the 3 Ps - practical, pro-active and planning ahead.

We provide a comprehensive advisory service to business start ups by assisting with the preparation of business plans; suggesting and implementing recommended ownership structures; and advising on the best funding and tax arrangements.
